David Crane

Mr. Crane has consistently led organizations to top decile quality, patient safety, and service delivery performance, and attributes these results to a philosophy of building high-performance leadership teams which are inspired by personal empowerment and accountability.  He has led numerous financial and cultural turnarounds by driving financial performance and operational effectiveness and engaging physicians, donors, and communities to what he calls the Higher Calling of healthcare.  He is fluent in Spanish and continues to be actively involved in community outreach, philanthropy, and international health mission work. He describes himself as a servant leader, focused on following Jesus Christ’s core values of integrity, self-discipline, humility, and respect for others.

 

Since his retirement in 2016, he and his wife Heidi enjoy time with their three children and are avid sailors and travelers.
